Key Skills:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in deep analytical evaluation of Financial Statements.
- Solid proficiency in Ratio and Trend Analysis
- Capital Market / Stock Market, Equity / Fixed Income, Financial Planning and Analysis Knowledge are must
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Agile methodologies
- Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret financial performance and profitability. Perform ratio, trend, and comparative financial analysis.
- Guide teams on the end-to-end trade lifecycle: Order Initiation, Execution, Matching, Settlement, Confirmation, Clearing, and Reconciliations.
- Support Change Management, Training Plans, and Performance Management Rituals (Daily Huddles, Root Cause Analysis).
- Partner with Product Owners to define Functional Requirements, review BRDs, Functional Specifications, and System Design Documents,



ensuring alignment with Capital Market Workflows.
- Understand, articulate, and implement Best Practices related to the area of expertise.
- Participate in the implementation of Process Improvement Recommendations, with the ability to Simplify Complexity and Influence Outcomes.
- Drive effective Day-to-Day Problem Solving and Query Management, enabling the team to meet or exceed Service Level Commitments (SLAs).
- Provide Subject Matter Leadership in defining, reviewing, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality Reports, ensuring Clarity, Consistency, and Compliance with established standards.
- Perform Advanced Financial Statement Analysis to support business decision-making and identify key performance drivers.
- Apply knowledge of Capital Markets, Stock Markets, Equity, Fixed Income, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Demonstrate strong Problem-Solving, Analytical, and Communication Skills while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Leverage Lean Six Sigma and Agile Methodologies to improve operational efficiency, quality, and continuous process improvement
