Role & responsibilities

- Assist and coordinate technology transfer projects (solid oral dosage forms) from development to manufacturing scale-up.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved.
- Prepare, review, and maintain detailed documentation for technology transfer processes like POP, POR, PVP, PVR,
- BMR, BPR, QTPP, CPP, protocols and reports of scale up, exhibit and commercials batches.
- Ensure documentation complies with regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, etc.).
- Collaborate with R&D;, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure smooth technology transfer.
- Facilitate communication between departments to address and resolve technical issues.
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Provide training and support to manufacturing and technical teams on recent technologies and processes.
- Address and resolve technical issues encountered during technology transfer.
- Conduct root cause analysis, Trouble shooting and implement corrective actions as needed.
