Candidate Job Profile (Key Responsibilities)

- Candidate will be based at Navi Mumbai office and responsible for identifying and evaluating tender opportunities from government organizations, NGOs, UN agencies, and healthcare institutions.
- Candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting complete tender documents within the specified timelines.
- Candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal departments to collect technical, commercial, and regulatory documents required for tender submissions.
- Candidate will be responsible for managing the complete tender process, from bid preparation to final submission and follow-up.
- Candidate will be responsible for ensuring all tender documents comply with customer requirements and company policies.
- Candidate will be responsible for maintaining tender records, documentation, and submission trackers.
- Candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining valuable relationships with customers, government bodies, NGOs, and other stakeholders.

Candidate Preferred Profile:





- Candidate with Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy with experience of 3-5 years in tender management, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical supplies industry.
- Candidate should have experience in preparing and submitting government, NGO, or international tender documents.
- Candidate should have experience in understanding tender guidelines, documentation, compliance requirements, and bid submission processes.
- Candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of French will be an added advantage.
- Candidate should have experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate tender submissions.
- Candidate should have experience in handling multiple tenders simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
- Candidate should have experience in the pharmaceutical or medical supply chain and should possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
