- Should have a BA, MA in Psychology or Certifications in any relevant fields in Psychology or Coaching
- You should have prior experience in delivering trainings
- Valuable knowledge of training related software
- Strong ability to engage with your audience
- You possess excellent communication presentation skills
- Preferred languages to train: English, Hindi or proficiency in any additional vernacular languages is a bonus
