Develop detailed FF & E drawings, shop drawings, and millwork details in AutoCAD from design concepts, sketches,
and specifications.
Produce floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D layouts for guestrooms, lobbies, restaurants, and public spaces.
Create and maintain furniture schedules, finish schedules, and detailed component callouts tied to project
specifications.
¢ Coordinate drawings with architectural, MEP, and structural backgrounds to resolve clashes and dimensional
conflicts.
¢ Incorporate redlines and markups from design leads, ensuring revisions are tracked and documented accurately.
¢ Maintain drawing standards,



layering conventions, title blocks, and the company template/library for consistency
across projects.
¢ Support submittal packages, sample boards, and procurement documentation with accurate quantities and
dimensions.
¢ Collaborate with manufacturing partners and the procurement team to ensure drawings are buildable and meet
quality standards.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
¢ 5+ years of professional drafting experience in interior design, FF & ;E, millwork, or a related field hospitality
experience strongly preferred.
¢ Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting Technology, or a related discipline.
¢ Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
¢ Robust understanding of construction documentation, dimensioning standards, and drawing conventions.
¢ Solid grasp of materials, finishes, and furniture/millwork construction methods.
¢ Ability to read and interpret architectural and design drawings, specifications, and schedules.
¢ Excellent attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects against deadlines.
¢ Clear written and verbal communication in English for coordination with U.S.-based design teams.
