Our Client a Reputed Pharma company is looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong communication skills and a professional personality, having hands-on experience in finance and accounts within a manufacturing environment -

Post : Manager - Accounts and Finance - CA
Reporting To : Reporting to Executive Director _Finance

Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA)
Location : Lower Parel, Mumbai

Experience : 2 - 10 years with min 2 years in Manufacturing Company
Salary : 35 LPA

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

- BUDGETING
Preparation and consolidation of the annual budget, including coordination with various departments and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

- MANAGEMENT REPORTING
Preparation of monthly management reports covering financial performance, variance analysis, and key insights to support decision-making.

- FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
Compilation and preparation of financial statements, including cash flow statements, and coordination with auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.

- BANKING AND FINANCE
Monitoring daily fund positions to ensure adequate liquidity and timely payments, including foreign currency transactions. Managing deployment of surplus funds to optimize returns while maintaining banking limits and securing cost-effective financing.





- DIRECT TAXATION
Preparation and submission of income tax returns, along with compilation of data and documentation required for assessments and regulatory compliance.

- SAP DEVELOPMENT & AUTOMATION
Collaborating with technical teams to develop SAP reports and automate financial transactions, improving efficiency and accuracy in processes.

Key Requirements:

- Strong working knowledge of SAP
- Experience in TDS, Income Tax, and GST compliance
- Preparation and analysis of MIS reports
- Budgeting and financial planning
- Banking operations and fund management
- Handling end-to-end financial finalization, including financial statements
- Exposure to manufacturing industry accounting practices

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently
