- Maintaining compliance with quality standards, regulations, and internal procedures.
- Analysing quality data to identify trends, track performance, and make adjustments to acceptance sampling and inspection plans.
- Investigating and resolving quality issues and non-conformances, leading problem-solving teams to implement corrective actions.
- Maintaining accurate and updated quality records and documentation
- Working with other departments, including engineering, manufacturing, and sales, to improve quality and resolve issues.
- Clearly communicating quality procedures and expectations to inspectors and customers.
- Conducting internal audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
- Identifying areas for continuous process improvement and implementing changes to enhance quality.
- Developing and delivering training programs for quality control staff.
- Handling customer complaints related to quality and ensuring adequate corrective actions.
Skills Required:
- Understanding of quality control principles, quality assurance standards (e.g., ISO 9001), and quality improvement methodologies

- Knowledge of SPC techniques to monitor processes and identify potential issues.
