Key Accountabilities/Activities:

Ensuring timely invoicing, payments and Work order / purchase order allotment and distribution to suppliers as per the process defined

o Understand the requirement for IT and non IT outsourcing and should be able to co-ordinate with project management team and suppliers to for work orders & invoicing process.





o Supplier registration/empanelment documentation

o Creation of Contracts and work orders/ SOWs and lead/ guide the team on the same.

o Managing escalation from suppliers and project team for work orders/ invoice submission/ payment release and lead/ guide team on the same.

o Maintaining the outsourcing tracker/ matrix and sharing with seniors on demand.

Sustain the existing network and manage suppliers

o Should be able to update project management team on the status.

o Effective tracking mechanism

Job Details:

Highly motivated graduate, with good interpersonal and communication skills from procurement background.

5 - 6 years of experience in procurement.

Procurement experience from an E-learning/ IT company is preferred

Education: Any Graduate
