Role & responsibilities :
- AR Callers contact patients and insurance companies to follow up on outstanding payments, verify claim status, and resolve billing inquiries, ensuring timely cash flow for healthcare providers.
- Claim Management: They investigate denied or underpaid claims, identify reasons for non-payment, and initiate appeals or corrections to maximize reimbursement .
- Collaboration: AR Callers work closely with billing, coding, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate claim submission
Preferred candidate profile :
- Must have experience from Provider End.
- Voice exp is mandatory.
- Must have exp in Denials.
