About the Role
We are looking for a smart, well-groomed, and proactive Front Desk Executive to be
the face of PAC Cosmetics. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and
employees, you will play a key role in creating a positive and professional experience
while ensuring smooth day-to-day front office and administrative operations.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant
personality, solid organizational abilities, and the confidence to manage multiple
responsibilities in a rapid-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office Management
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, vendors, and candidates professionally.
Manage the reception area and visitor records.
¢ Handle incoming calls, transfers, and messages.
Administrative Support
¢ Coordinate meeting room bookings.
¢ Manage courier, mail, files, and documentation.
Office Coordination
¢ Maintain office supplies and inventory.
¢ Coordinate with vendors and support internal events.




¢ Assist leadership with travel and administrative tasks.
HR & Operations Support
¢ Coordinate interviews and welcome candidates.
¢ Assist with onboarding and employee documentation.
¢ Support daily administrative operations and maintain office hygiene standards.
Requirements
¢ Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
¢ 24 years of experience in a Front Desk/Reception/Admin role.
¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
¢ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
¢ Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Attributes
¢ Beauty/Cosmetics/FMCG/Retail experience preferred.
¢ Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
¢ Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented.
