Roles and Responsibilities :

- Electrical Systems Operate and maintain DG sets, transformers, HT/LT panels, UPS systems, ACBs, VCBs, and switchgear. Ensure uninterrupted power supply and smooth changeover between EB, DG, and UPS. Monitor electrical loads, energy consumption, and maintain logbooks. Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for major electrical maintenance and repairs. HVAC & Chillers Operate and maintain HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, pumps, and ventilation systems. Monitor temperature, humidity, and air quality as per corporate standards. Carry out PPM activities for HVAC systems and attend breakdowns. Ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency of HVAC equipment. DG Sets Conduct routine checks, testing, and preventive maintenance of DG sets. Monitor fuel levels, consumption, and ensure compliance with pollution control norms. Coordinate with vendors for AMC activities and major repairs. Transformers Monitor transformer parameters such as oil levels, temperature, and load. Ensure safety, housekeeping, and statutory compliance. Assist during transformer maintenance and testing activities. UPS Systems Operate and maintain UPS and battery banks. Monitor battery health, backup time, and alarms. Coordinate battery testing and replacement activities. Plumbing & Water Systems Maintain plumbing systems, water supply lines, drainage, pumps,



and sewage systems. Monitor water levels, pressure, and consumption. Attend plumbing breakdowns and ensure minimal downtime. Fire Fighting & Life Safety Systems Operate and maintain fire alarm systems, hydrants, sprinklers, pumps, fire extinguishers, and PA systems. Conduct regular inspections, mock drills, and ensure systems are always in working condition. Ensure compliance with statutory and fire safety norms. Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) Execute PPM schedules for all electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting systems. Ensure timely completion of PPM activities and proper documentation. Update maintenance records, checklists, and equipment history. General & Shift Operations Attend breakdowns and emergencies during shift hours. Supervise technicians and coordinate shift activities. Maintain daily shift logs, checklists, and reports. Ensure safety procedures, SOPs, and statutory compliances are followed. Coordinate with facility manager and client representatives for day-to-day operations.
- Job Requirements :

- 4-15 years of experience in facility management or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of DG sets, MEP maintenance, and electrical maintenance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with transformers and switchgear operations.
