Role & responsibilities :

1. Develop and execute thematic internal communication campaigns aligned with key company priorities

2. Ensure effectiveness of internal communications to clearly deliver company messaging to employees via multiple channels.

3.Maximize in-house design and content creation to optimize costs and reduce outsourcing.

4. Manage budget adherence for outsourced creatives and collateral.

5. Optimize event on-ground visibility and amplification for internal and external events cost effectively.

6. Deliver engaging content and creatives for campaigns including merchandise ideation and catalogue design.

7. Drive innovative digital solutions and enhance localized, multilingual, and inclusive communications.

8. Support strategic corporate-led events and internal campaigns to strengthen brand visibility and employee engagement.

9. Collaborate across departments providing creative and communication support.

10.



Conduct location visits to understand various business functions and foster networking.

11. Participate in ICE surveys, focus groups, and aim to achieve recognized best practices and performance deltas.

12.Continuously improve storytelling, communication, and business acumen to authentically represent company products and values.

Preferred candidate profile

1.Strong hands-on 3 years of experience managing large-scale corporate events and on-ground activations.

2. Proven exposure to employee engagement and customer-facing events/campaigns in a corporate environment.

3. Ability to handle end-to-end event execution including planning, coordination, vendor management, and amplification.

4. Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder settings with a solid sense of ownership and accountability.
