Xtorc India Private Limited is a Navi Mumbai-based Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specialising in precision bolting and in-situ machining solutions including Hydraulic Torque Wrenches, Hydraulic Bolt Tensioners, Electric Torque Wrenches, Manual Torque Wrenches, Impact Sockets, Hot Tapping Machines, Flange Facing Machines, and Cold Cutting Machines. Our clients span Oil & Gas, Power Plants, Cement, Fertilizers, City Gas Distribution (CGD) Pipelines, and Infrastructure / PEB sectors domestically and internationally.

Role Overview -
As a Technical Sales Engineer (Domestic), you will be the primary point of contact for industrial clients across India. You will identify business opportunities, present Xtorc's precision bolting and in-situ machining product range, and close techno-commercial orders across key sectors including Oil & Gas, Power, Cement, Fertilizer, and PEB.

Key Responsibilities -
• Identify and develop new clients in Oil & Gas, Power, Cement,



Fertilizer, and PEB sectors across India.
• Present and demonstrate bolting and machining equipment at client sites.
• Prepare techno-commercial offers, proposals, and follow up to close orders.
• Coordinate with the operations team for timely delivery and after-sales support.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
• Maintain and update CRM with client interactions, pipeline status, and activity logs.

Requirements & Qualifications -
• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in technical / industrial sales.
• Willingness to travel domestically across India as required.
• Robust communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
