Skills Trainer - Finance & ERP

- Candidate should ideally be a Commerce / Finance post graduate
- Knowledge of any ERP desirable (any module)
- Past experience as a Teacher/Trainer is desirable with good soft skills
- Candidates shall conduct Business Process (ERP) and Finance related training for college students
- Effective orientation and induction sessions for the participants should be conducted by the trainer
- To provide the best learning possible, the trainer should exhibit the essential core training concepts, such as facilitation, teaching, and classroom management
- Applicants must be willing to travel across Maharashtra to conduct trainings in person at different locations. Accommodation and travel expenses shall be reimbursed by the company
- Promote the training course to attract more participants




- Excellent communication / presentation skills is a must to deliver training to a large group
- Proficient in using online tools such as Google Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Zoom / Microsoft Teams, etc.
- Maintain relevant documents related to the training and trainees
- MIS of all trainings conducted, after every training session with attendance records, topics covered, etc. (or as per format provided)
- The trainer should interact with the batch of students and address their queries
- Take feedback from all trainees during and post training
- Take all necessary sign-offs from relevant people at the time of finishing the course
- Selected candidates shall be provided training which is mandatory to transparent
- Any other activity that is deemed necessary at the time and as required
