Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in financial operations, and a sound understanding of Indian taxation and statutory compliance. The candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day accounting activities while ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Prepare and record journal entries, invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements as required by management.
- Coordinate with auditors during statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Ensure timely processing of vendor payments and customer collections.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.

Taxation & Compliance

- Possess good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory regulations.
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns,



and reconcile tax-related records.
- Ensure timely payment of statutory dues and compliance with government regulations.
- Coordinate with consultants and authorities regarding taxation matters.
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and ensure compliance in all accounting processes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
- M.Com, CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 25 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering organization will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems (such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
