- Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of hardware design and development engineers to deliver top-notch solutions.
- Perform circuit designs, design analysis, simulations, troubleshooting, testing of boards and systems.
- Ensure generation of quality documentation at every stage of hardware design & development.
- Lead the team for EMI/EMC, environmental, and compliance certification testing of systems.
- Manage the entire hardware design and development lifecycle, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for hardware design and development.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and hands-on support in the development of complex hardware systems, including PCB design.
- Foster seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams, including software development, testing, product management, and production to achieve cohesive and integrated solutions.
- Implement rigorous quality standards and design & development processes, ensuring that all hardware designs meet industry regulations and customer expectations.
- Participate in technical meetings with clients.
Requirements / Qualification :
- BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Electronics, Electronics & Telecom or equivalent.
- Relevant experience : 10+ years.
- Proven experience in design and development of complex hardware systems.
- Proficient in industry-standard design tools and methodologies.
- Excellent diagnostics and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage projects from conception to completion.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills
