Candidate Profile Summary
The candidate should be a finance qualified with 2 5 years of experience and a strong foundation in financial analysis and credit risk. The role requires someone who can understand financial statements, work with credit risk scorecards, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and use AI tools to improve efficiency and quality of deliverables. Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and interpret financial statements, financial ratios, borrower profiles, and credit risk parameters to support scorecard-based assessments.
- Participate in requirement study discussions with business, risk, product, and technology stakeholders to understand functional and process requirements.
- Prepare and maintain structured documentation such as business requirement documents, functional specifications, process notes, user stories, meeting notes, and UAT-related documents.
- Support the SDLC lifecycle by contributing to requirement gathering, solution walkthroughs, functional validation, testing support, defect clarification, and implementation readiness.
- Work with credit risk scorecards, rating models, financial templates, workflows, and reports used by banks and financial institutions.
- Leverage AI tools responsibly in daily tasks to improve documentation quality, summarisation, analysis support, productivity, and overall delivery efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Master s degree in Finance, Economics,
Accounting, Banking, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Equivalent professional qualifications such as CFA, FRM, CA, MBA Finance, or similar credentials will be preferred.
- 2 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, credit risk, banking, risk consulting, rating models, or BFSI technology implementation.
Required Skills Competencies
- Strong understanding of financial statements, financial ratio analysis, credit risk concepts, and scorecard-based assessment frameworks.
- Good understanding of SDLC phases, requirement study, business analysis practices, functional documentation, UAT support, and change management.
- Ability to document requirements clearly through BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user stories, test scenarios, meeting notes, and client-ready presentations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AI-enabled productivity tools for analysis, documentation, review, and delivery support.
