Our Client is a MSME-registered powerhouse and a leading designer, manufacturer, and supplier of cutting-edge bridge engineering components, industrial rubber hoses, sheets, and gaskets. From high-speed metros to defense installations, our products are the backbone of India's biggest structures. Our Client manufacturing hub in Chennai and marketing offices nationwide, expanding fast and wanted the designated Project Manager who will be the captain navigating our Client heavy engineering projects to the finish line. Our Client is looking for an execution-focused leader who can balance timelines, budgets, and engineering accuracy while managing multiple sites and stakeholders simultaneously.

Core Mission:

- Master the Lifecycles: Plan, monitor, and deliver high-impact engineering projects within strict scope, budget boundaries, and timeline benchmarks.
- Coordinate & Connect: Serve as the central bridge between clients, tier-1 consultants, main contractors, and our internal design, manufacturing, and procurement teams.
- Lead the Frontline: Manage site engineers, structural supervisors,



and contractors to ensure smooth, high-quality in office installation and execution.
- Control the Data: Review highly detailed engineering layouts, bills of quantities (BOQs), technical specifications, and project scheduling charts.
- Own the Commercials: Track project costs to maximize profitability, verify strict site measurements, and oversee Running Account (RA) Bills and final billing processes.
- Secure Delivery: Drive regular risk management assessments, enforce ironclad safety and quality standards, and secure client approvals and timely collections.

Candidate Desired Profile :

- Candidate must be a B.E. in Civil Engineering and bring 8-10 years of rock-solid project management experience in bridge, highway, metro, or infrastructure construction.
- The Technical Strategist: Highly proficient in reading architectural drawings, managing RA billing, and using software like MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and ERP systems.
- The Communicator: Must be completely fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English for high-level client management, alongside mandatory spoken proficiency in Tamil and Hindi for site and contractor coordination.
- The Multi-Tasker: A proven track record of handling multiple complex sites simultaneously without breaking a sweat.
