- Conduct detailed technical site surveys including measurements, wiring layouts, ceiling details
and site readiness.
- Own complete project execution after order confirmation.
- Prepare and coordinate wiring layouts, lighting placement drawings and automation layouts.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, electricians and installation teams.
- Monitor execution quality, timelines and compliance with drawings.
- Supervise lighting installation, smart automation installation, programming, testing and
commissioning.
- Resolve technical issues proactively and ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct final inspections, system demonstrations, documentation and client handover while
maintaining the highest quality standards.
Preferred candidate profile
Ideal Candidate:
- Interior Designer or Project Execution qualified with strong residential site execution
experience.
- 3-6 years of experience in Lighting, Interior Fit-outs, Interior Design, Smart Home Automation or
Luxury Residential Projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical wiring, lighting layouts and execution planning.
- Excellent stakeholder coordination, documentation and project management skills.
- Confident personality with the ability to independently drive multiple projects.
- Comfortable travelling across Mumbai project sites.
