- Lead the development of architectural concepts, designs & construction documentation for multiple architectural projects.
- Co-ordinate with external architects, structural & service consultants for the building project drawings provide constructive feedback & ensure convections are integrated into final design documents.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations and industry standards.
- Integrate sustainability, functionality & aesthetic considerations into project designs.
- Lead and mentor junior architects and design staff.
- Support Site level co-ordination with Project Managers & Site Engineers to resolve any in office challenges related to architectural implementations.
