Job Description
We are looking for a creative yet practical individual to drive ideation, vendor sourcing, and product development for our
recent experiential gifting line.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Brainstorm and refine product concepts for sensory ritual kits.
2. Identify and negotiate with vendors for ingredients, packaging, and components.
3. Conduct small-batch prototyping and quality testing.
4. Document processes and ensure premium standards.
5. Collaborate with the Executive Assistant and Digital team on timelines and deliverables.

Education & Experience

Experience
1. 3 to 6 years in R&D; / product development in FMCG, food or gifting.
2. Hands-on sourcing and small-batch testing experience.
3. Strong coordination and documentation skills.
Skills Required
1. Product ideation and concept development.
2. Vendor sourcing and negotiation skills.
3. Small-batch prototyping and product testing.
4. Understanding of ingredients, materials, and packaging.
5. Quality control and product standardization.
