Brief Summary

As the Senior Manager Retail Merchandise, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal stock levels, analysing market trends, and effectively managing the replenishment process. You will play a critical role in maintaining a seamless flow of products to our stores and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a leadership position that requires solid analytical abilities, strategic thinking, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

1. Market research and analysis on latest trends

2. New Design Introduction Stock fill planning for the stores

3. Stores Assortment Planning

Responsible for L2L growth of the business through merchandise actions

5. Ageing Control

6. Ensuring Retail Merchandise KPI’s

7. Space Utilization effectively at the stores

8. Sub Category growth

9. Planograms for the stores

10. Inventory Turn and Efficiency

Skill Required

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

2. Proven experience in replenishment management, preferably in the jewellery or luxury retail industry.

3. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, including advanced Excel.

4. Strategic thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions.

5. Strong knowledge of market trends and an understanding of customer preferences in the jewellery industry.

6. Effective communication and presentation skills.
