We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Chillers and Heat Pumps industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, a deep understanding of HVAC systems, and a proven track record of driving sales growth. This position offers the chance to work closely with our General Manager to achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of our organization.

Job Descriptions:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

- Assist in the development of sales strategies and plans for the HVAC Chillers and Heat Pumps sector.




- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to set sales targets and objectives for the team.

Customer Engagement:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Identify and target potential new customers in the HVAC industry (Consultants, Contractors & End Client).
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers.

Product Knowledge:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in HVAC Chillers and Heat Pumps technology.
- Provide technical expertise to customers and address their inquiries and concerns effectively.
