- Execute and supervise all finishing activities, including tiling, painting, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and false ceiling works.
- Ensure all finishing works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and MEP teams to ensure seamless execution of site activities.
- Conduct regular quality inspections, monitor snag rectification, and facilitate the timely handover of completed units.
- Track contractor progress, verify and certify contractor bills, and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures throughout the project execution.
