Role Overview -: The incumbent will lead bank reconciliation operations by ensuring accurate transaction matching, process compliance, stakeholder coordination, audit readiness, MIS reporting, and continuous process improvement.
Role & responsibilities-:
- Leads timely and accurate reconciliation of bank and book transactions.
- Ensures minimal unreconciled items and transparent reporting to stakeholders.
- Maintains updated SOPs and ensures strict process compliance through checks.
- Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to meet SLA timelines.
- Drives audit readiness with robust controls and high-quality MIS reporting.
- Enhances automation, team capability, and process efficiency through continuous improvement.
