Key Responsibilities

- Leadership & Strategy
- Act as the single point of authority for site operations, sales, and client management.
- Lead and mentor on-site teams to achieve project and revenue goals.
- Develop and implement sales and operational strategies tailored to site requirements.

- Sales & Client Management

- Drive residential sales and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with brokers, channel partners, and clients.
- Ensure superior customer experience and manage client expectations effectively.

- Market & Business Acumen

- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Maintain pricing discipline and ensure alignment with company strategy.
- Provide insights to senior management for business planning and growth.

- Operations & Compliance




- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and legal standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and senior leadership for seamless project execution.
- Ensure compliance with RERA and other regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1216 years of experience in residential real estate, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong track record in sales, client management, and site operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Mumbai real estate market, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Qualification: Graduation / MBA / PG / BE.

Compensation

- Competitive CTC: 1416 LPA, commensurate with experience and expertise.
