Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Generalist (Fresher) to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about building a career in HR and gaining hands-on experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
- Support the onboarding process by collecting documents, preparing joining formalities, and coordinating induction programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in attendance management, leave records, and HR data management.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and internal communication.
- Support performance management and training initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS using Excel.
- Assist in employee exit formalities and documentation.




- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of internship/work experience in HR are welcome to apply.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively.
