Position: Billing Executive / Quantity Surveyor

Experience: 810 Years

Industry: Interior Designing / Interior Fit-Out

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare BOQs and quantity estimates.
- Prepare client and contractor bills.
- Verify site measurements and quantities.
- Prepare IPCs and final bills.
- Perform rate analysis and cost estimation.
- Coordinate with the project and site teams.
- Maintain billing records and material reconciliation.
- Positive knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.

Preferred Profile

- 8–10 years of experience in interior fit-out/interior designing projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, billing, quantity estimation, and rate analysis.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
