What would you do?
The Learning & Development Content - Analyst (CL11) is responsible for developing learning content based on detailed design specifications and established instructional standards. The role supports the creation of effective learning assets across digital, virtual, and instructor-led formats, ensuring content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with learning objectives. This role works under moderate supervision and collaborates closely with instructional designers, graphics, and technology teams.
Talent Development involves creating and implementing programs to enhance employees skills and growth opportunities. This includes training, mentoring, and performance management. The goal is to help employees reach their full potential and contribute effectively to the organization. Responsibilities also include identifying skill gaps and developing strategies to address them. This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce.
Develop learning activities and supporting materials according to the content design plan.
What are we looking for?
- Graduate in any discipline
- Preferred: Degree in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Cognitive Psychology, English, Technical Writing, Communications, or related field
- Relevant years of experience in content writing, learning content development, or a related role
- Experience in a Learning & Development or training environment preferred
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop storyboards and learning content for eLearning, ILT, vILT, and video-based training assets
- Write and edit learning content to support defined learning objectives and detailed designs
- Develop virtual learning assets using approved authoring tools and templates
- Review own deliverables for quality, accuracy, instructional compliance, and completeness before submission
- Revise content based on feedback from internal and client reviewers, escalating discrepancies when required
- Collaborate with peers, graphics, and technology teams to deliver integrated learning solutions
- Report progress and status to Instructional Design Leads on a regular basis
- Receive and action feedback related to deliverables and performance
- Strong content writing and editing skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency
- Ability to work with moderate supervision from Lead or Manager
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Exposure to at least one instructional approach (eLearning, instructor-led, or virtual training)
- Preferred: Exposure to authoring tools such as Articulate or Claroflow
- Preferred: Awareness of learning methodologies such as ADDIE, Gagn©, and adult learning principles
- "Must be open to Australian shift timings:
(9 am to 5 pm) Australian time"
