Role & Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the design team for both pre-sales and post-sales projects.
- Plan and monitor design activities to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Coordinate with clients, sales teams, consultants, fabricators, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
- Review design drawings, layouts, and technical documents before submission to clients.
- Ensure all design documents, reports, and project records are maintained accurately.
- Participate in design review meetings and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Track design progress and ensure timely submission of drawings and deliverables.
- Resolve design-related issues by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive new product development and improve existing products to enhance safety, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure design work meets project requirements, quality standards, and business objectives.
- Support senior management by providing regular updates on project and design status.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance and productivity.





Preferred Candidate Profile

- Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Architecture Engineering.
- 8-12 years of experience in design engineering, design coordination, or construction project design.
- Strong experience in high-rise residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and MS Office.
- Knowledge of STAAD Pro, Revit, or BIM will be an added advantage.
- Ability to understand and review technical drawings, structural layouts, and design calculations.
- Robust leadership skills with experience in managing design teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Capable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, organized, and focused on delivering high-quality work.
