What would you do?
The Learning & Development Content Associate Manager (CL8) is responsible for leading the development, quality, and governance of learning content across multiple programs. The role ensures that learning assets are instructionally sound, aligned with business objectives, and compliant with regional and global standards. This position partners with learning strategists, instructional designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact learning experiences across digital and blended formats.
What are we looking for?
Relevant years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or learning content roles
- Prior experience leading content development or quality review teams
- Experience working with global or regional stakeholders preferred
- Bachelor-s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Communications, or related field
- Post-graduate qualification or certification in Learning & Development or Instructional Design is desirable
- "Must be open to Australian shift timings:
(9 am to 5 pm) Australian time"
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
- Experience in managing digital learning content (eLearning, virtual, blended formats)
- Proficiency with LMS/LXP platforms and content authoring tools
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive learning practices in Australia
- Stakeholder management and content governance skills
- Strong written, review, and editorial capabilities with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global delivery setting
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end learning content development initiatives across programs
- Oversee instructional design, content writing, and multimedia learning assets to ensure quality and consistency
- Review and approve learning content for instructional integrity, accuracy, accessibility, and branding standards
- Partner with stakeholders to translate learning requirements into effective content solutions
- Manage content production timelines, dependencies, and risks across multiple workstreams
- Ensure adherence to Australia-specific accessibility, inclusion, and compliance requirements
- Mentor and guide content developers, instructional designers, and QA reviewers
- Drive continuous improvement through content analytics, learner feedback, and quality metrics
