We're Hiring HR Operations Executive
Location: Navi Mumbai
Experience: Graduate Fresher or 1-2 Years
Salary: Based on interview performance

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional who can independently manage end-to-end HR Operations while supporting key HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End HR Operations (Onboarding to Exit Formalities)
Employee Onboarding, Documentation & HRMIS Management
Payroll Coordination & Basic Payroll Processing Knowledge
Compliance Support & Statutory Documentation Knowledge
Employee Grievance Handling & Employee Engagement Activities
Basic Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support
Attendance & Leave Management
HR Policies Implementation & Employee Records Management




Good Working Knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas)
Sound Understanding of Indian Labour Laws & HR Compliance

Requirements:
1-2 Years of HR Operations Experience
Solid Communication & Coordination Skills
Ability to Handle Multiple HR Functions Independently
Immediate Joiners will be Preferred
