Role Summary

We are seeking a hands-on IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Manager who can design, operate, secure, and scale enterprise infrastructure across Data Center, Cloud, and multi-location environments.
This role requires deep ownership of infrastructure reliability, cybersecurity governance, regulatory compliance, disaster recovery, and vendor management not just operational support.

Key Responsibilities

A. Infrastructure Architecture & Operations

- Own Data Center, Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), Network & Endpoints
- Design and manage Hybrid Infrastructure (On-Prem + Cloud)
- Lead Backup & Disaster Recovery strategy (RPO/RTO defined and tested)
- Oversee LAN/WAN/SD-WAN, VPN, Firewall architecture
- Drive patch management & configuration hardening
- Manage infrastructure modernization & capacity planning
- Own ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Capacity Management)
- Lead multi-location IT operations.

B. Cybersecurity Operations & Governance

- Define and execute Cybersecurity strategy
- Manage Firewall, DLP, EDR/XDR, IAM/PAM, SIEM/SOAR
- Lead vulnerability assessment & penetration testing remediation




- Handle incident response and breach coordination
- Ensure CERT-In reporting compliance
- Define & implement enterprise security policies
- Conduct phishing simulations & security awareness programs
- Manage third-party security audits & risk assessments.

C. Leadership & Vendor Governance

- Manage internal IT team (minimum 5+ members)
- Own vendor SLAs & AMC contracts
- Drive IT budgeting & cost optimization
- Handle crisis situations (downtime, breach, DR event)
- Report infrastructure & security posture to leadership

Experience -

- 8+ years in Infrastructure + Security roles
- Hands-on experience with:
- Firewall (FortiGate / SonicWall / Palo Alto)
- DLP implementation (Forcepoint or equivalent)
- Endpoint Security (EDR/XDR)
- Patch management tools
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Cloud administration (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- Backup & DR ownership (must understand RPO/RTO)
- ITSM implementation experience
- Vendor management experience
- Team handling experience.
