- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales of polymer-related applications, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Solid experience in sales and marketing of industrial chemicals used in polymer applications, including PVC, PP, PE Compounding, etc.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and make informed business decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be open to extensive travel.
