- Conducting patent searches and analysis of prior art disclosures
Preferred candidate profile
- M. Sc. (Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Microbiology/Agricultural biotechnology) from a premier institute with 4-6 year experience
- Post Graduate Diploma in Patent Law & Practice (Preferred).
- Experience in patent database searches and ability to search relevant prior arts.
- Sound patent & formulation knowledge
- Good knowledge of US & Europe patent rules for Infringement analysis
- Good communication, comprehension and analytical skills, and sound technical knowledge is required, quick learner, willing to acquire knowledge in new domains, effective communicator with robust relationship building skills.
