Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct ITGC audits, SOX compliance reviews, and other regulatory audits to ensure adherence to industry standards.

- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks within the organization.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in governance processes and provide recommendations for remediation.

- Provide expert guidance on cyber security best practices, auditing techniques, and regulatory compliance requirements.

- Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry trends related to governance risk & compliance (GRC).

Desired Candidate Profile

- Proficiency in tools such as Auditioning software; knowledge of Cyber Security frameworks like NIST CSF; familiarity with Regulatory Compliance requirements from relevant industries.

- Solid understanding of GRC principles, including auditing, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.

- 10-20 years of experience in Governance Risk Compliance or a related field.

- Bachelor's degree in any specialization (e.g., B. Tech, Management, Law, Finance, B.B.A. / B.M.S.).
