Position Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced Drupal 11 Developer with strong expertise in PHP,
- MySQL, Drupal architecture, and web performance optimization. The ideal candidate
- will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise-grade websites
- and web applications while ensuring scalability, security, and exceptional user experience.
- The candidate will also play a key role in implementing AI-powered Retrieval-Augmented
- Generation (RAG) solutions, integrating third-party systems, and optimizing websites to
- achieve excellent Core Web Vitals and SEO performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, customize, and maintain websites and web applications using Drupal 11.
- Design and build custom Drupal modules, themes, and reusable components.
- Integrate Drupal with internal and external systems through REST APIs, Web
- Services, and Third-Party Integrations.
- Optimize website performance, page speed, and user experience to meet Core Web
- Vitals standards.
- Design, implement, and support AI-powered RAG (Retrieval-Augmented
- Generation) and intelligent search solutions.
- Develop and optimize PHP-based backend services and MySQL database
- structures.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues while ensuring system stability.
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, content teams, business stakeholders, and project
- managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture planning.
- Maintain development standards, documentation, and version control using Git.




- Support deployment activities and CI/CD pipelines across development, staging, and
- production environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Technical Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Drupal 10/11 development.
- Proficiency in PHP, Drupal APIs, and custom module development.
- Solid experience with MySQL database design, optimization, and performance
- tuning.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, and responsive web
- design.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party system integrations.
- Knowledge of Git-based version control systems.
- Experience implementing or integrating AI/RAG-based search and knowledge
- retrieval solutions.
- Strong understanding of website security, authentication, and access control
- mechanisms.
- Experience in website performance optimization and achieving excellent Core Web
- Vitals metrics.

2. Soft Skills

3. Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with AWS Cloud Services.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and technical SEO implementation.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated deployments.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized application deployment.
- Experience integrating CRM, Marketing Automation, Analytics, or Healthcare
- applications.
- Drupal Certification will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, orrelated field.
- Relevant certifications in Drupal, AWS, Cloud Technologies, or Web Developmentare preferred.
