Senior Structural Design Engineer - Bridges

We are looking for an experienced Senior Structural Design Engineer (Bridges) with 6+ years of experience in structural design for highway and bridge infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the structural design of Major Bridges, Minor Bridges, Flyovers, and Viaducts for highway and infrastructure projects in compliance with IRC and relevant standards.
- Perform structural analysis and design of bridge components including culverts (slab/box), rigid portal frames, abutments, piers, retaining walls, solid slabs, and foundations (well, open, and pile foundations).
- Design and review superstructures such as PSC girders, RCC girders, composite girders, and integral bridge systems ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Carry out hydraulic calculations, staging design,



and temporary works design for bridge construction.
- Use structural engineering software such as STAAD Pro, MIDAS Civil, ETABS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Excel-based tools for modelling, analysis, and design documentation.
- Review geotechnical and survey data, coordinate with BIM/drafting teams, conduct design checks and peer reviews, and interface with clients while mentoring junior engineers.

Qualification
M.E. / M. Tech in Structural Engineering (Mandatory)

Experience
6+ years of experience in structural design of bridges and highway structures
Experience in National Highway / State Highway / major infrastructure projects preferred
