3i Infotech is seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead Corporate Finance with business leadership in driving financial performance, profitability, and strategic decision-making. The incumbent will play a key role in financial planning, business partnering, commercial finance, management reporting, and governance while supporting the organization's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Finance

- Partner with business leaders to drive revenue growth, profitability improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Provide financial insights on business performance, risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
- Own business reviews and performance tracking with leadership teams.
- Drive financial discipline across business functions.
- Work with sales and pre-sales team for shaping new deals and provide pricing support. Provide management deal financials.

2. Annual Operating Plan (AOP)/ Budgeting & Forecasting

- Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) / budgeting process including revenue, cost, profitability, cash flow, and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop realistic and business-aligned budgets.
- Drive periodic forecasting, outlook preparation, and long-range business planning.
- Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity modelling to support strategic decisions.

3. FP&A; & Management Reporting (MIS)

- Own monthly/quarterly MIS reporting covering revenue, margins, EBITDA, expenses, working capital, cash flow, and operational KPIs.
- Analyse actual performance versus budget/forecast and provide variance insights.
- Develop dashboards and automated reporting mechanisms for senior management.




- Improve reporting accuracy, timeliness, and quality of insights.

4. Investor Relations & Corporate Reporting Support

- Support preparation of investor presentations, earnings updates, business performance decks, and management communication materials.
- Provide analysis and insights for investor/analyst queries.
- Prepare financial narratives highlighting business trends, growth drivers, risks, and opportunities.

5. Strategic Business Analysis

- Evaluate business initiatives, investments, expansion plans, and transformation projects through financial modelling and ROI analysis.
- Analyse customer/product/channel profitability and key business drivers.
- Support strategic decision-making through data-driven recommendations.

6. Stakeholder Management

- Act as Finance Business Partner to Sales, Operations, Product, Supply Chain, and Corporate functions.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive execution of business priorities.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve financial and operational performance.

Key Skills

- Strong expertise in Business Finance, FP&A;, Pricing, MIS, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
- Excellent understanding of P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow, and business drivers.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.




- Experience in investor presentations and senior management reporting.
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, ERP/SAP experience preferred.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Mandatory

- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification (Post-CA) experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A;, Business Finance, Commercial Finance, or Financial Controllership.

Preferred

- Experience in IT Services, BPM, Technology, Digital Services, or Consulting organizations.
- Strong exposure to budgeting, forecasting, business performance management, and profitability analysis.
- Experience in finance business partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Exposure to ERP preferred.
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, and presentation skills.
