Designation: HR Recruiter (Off-Role)
Location: Mumbai
Department: Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Banking and Financial Services roles.
- Handle bulk hiring requirements across multiple locations.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine, etc.), employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Drive offer rollout and joiner follow-up activities.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate hiring reports.




- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
- 14 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Banking/NBFC hiring.
- Experience in bulk hiring and volume recruitment.
- Strong sourcing skills through job portals and social media platforms.
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

- This is an Off-Role (Third-Party Payroll) position.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in an off-role setup.
