Position: Program Coordinator at RIIDL(Research Innovation Incubation Design

Labs)

Experience:1 - 5 years

- Identify and assess startups for various programs, coordinating the review process and facilitating onboarding.
- Engage with potential and existing portfolio companies to understand and address their needs.
- Organize and oversee workshops, training sessions, and demo days aimed at fostering startup growth and development.
- Maintain solid relationships with startups in ongoing programs, providing continuous support and ensuring coordination for their progress.
- Track and update startup data to monitor progress and performance.
- Oversee daily operations at riidl to ensure efficient and smooth functioning.
- Prepare regular reports, meeting minutes, and presentations on program activities and outcomes.
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners, mentors, and investors to create opportunities for startups within the incubator.
