The Junior Architect will assist in the planning and execution of campus renovation and development projects while gaining comprehensive exposure to institutional architecture and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in architectural design, drawings and project documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and vendors.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.
- Prepare and verify BOQs, measurements and contractor bills.
- Support quality control and execution of works.
- Document campus utility infrastructure and building services.
- Assist in studies on sustainability and green initiatives.
- Prepare project reports, presentations and technical documentation.
Professional Exposure
