Key Skills Required:-

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
- Post-graduation or certifications in Risk Management, Quality (Lean Six Sigma), or Finance & Accounting preferred.

Experience

- 1-7 years for Life & Pensions
- 3-8 years for QAG roles.

Skills & Experience

- Essential Skills

- Solid communication (written & verbal).
- Analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to ERP systems (SAP/JDE).
- Stakeholder management and team collaboration.

- Domain-Specific Skills

- Risk Management Frameworks, iQMS, Governance policies.
- Life & Pensions domain knowledge (policy lifecycle, claims, servicing).




- Quality frameworks (Lean Six Sigma, SLA/Accuracy metrics).
- Fixed Assets & Lease Accounting expertise (IFRS 16, ASC 842).

Key Responsibilities

- Insurance Operations

- Handle policy servicing, claims, and new business processes.
- Manage daily inventory/transactions and ensure SLA adherence.
- Develop SOPs, workflows, and training documents.

- Risk & Governance

- Support delivery of Line 1 Risk & Controls function.
- Identify vulnerabilities, assess risks, and implement mitigating solutions.
- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, policies, and compliance standards.

- Quality Assurance

- Conduct audits/reviews of Life & Pension transactions.
- Identify process gaps, errors, and provide actionable feedback.
- Publish quality reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
