Role & responsibilities

1. E-Commerce Operations

- Manage and maintain the Shopify website, including product listings, pricing, inventory and collections.
- Coordinate order processing, shipping and delivery to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Handle customer queries across website, WhatsApp, email and social media.
- Coordinate with logistics partners, COD providers, payment gateways and other external service providers.
- Monitor order fulfilment, returns, cancellations and customer satisfaction.
- Track key ecommerce metrics including conversion rate, sales, traffic and customer behaviour.
- Identify opportunities to improve website performance and online sales.

2. Brand & Digital Marketing

- Manage the brand's presence across Instagram and other digital platforms.
- Plan and publish regular Instagram posts, reels and stories.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers and content creators for marketing creatives.
- Update website banners, collections and promotional campaigns.




- Ensure consistent brand communication across all customer touchpoints.

Assist in planning online campaigns, product launches and festive promotions.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Ecommerce, Digital Marketing or Website Management.
- Experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms will be preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organised with solid attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Meta Business Suite, Instagram and Facebook marketing.
- Familiarity with shipping aggregators such as Shiprocket or similar platforms.
- Experience with ecommerce analytics tools.
