About Our Client

Our Client is an early stage start up company that is planning to offer Home Healthcare Services. The company will start its operations in Mumbai with trained, certified nurses and attendants for families caring for elderly, post-surgery, and chronically ill patients. The company plans to expand its operations beyond Mumbai after tasting success at Mumbai. This is a founding operations role.

The Role

You'll manage the engine that makes everything run: finding, vetting, and onboarding nurses, setting up our training and quality systems, and keeping day-to-day operations tight. Candidate should know the Mumbai nursing scene, the schools, the bureaus, the informal networks.

Job Requirements

- Source nurses and attendants across Mumbai through nursing schools, training institutes, bureaus, and your own network
- Screen, interview, and onboard candidates against our quality bar
- Help stand up our training and QA program, identifying training partners, venues, and trainers
- Run daily operations: scheduling, check-ins, replacements, and issue resolution
- Build relationships that become long-term supply channels
- Assist with on ground marketing, connecting with hospitals,



doctors, etc.

Candidate Profile

- 3 to 8 years in healthcare operations, nurse staffing, home healthcare, or hospital administration
- Real, existing knowledge of Mumbai's nursing ecosystem (schools, GNM/ANM pipelines, bureaus, hiring channels)
- Solid interviewing instincts and an eye for reliable, caring, competent people
- Comfortable in the field, not just behind a desk
- Fluent in Hindi/Marathi and English; comfortable dealing with nurses, families, and institutions

Preferred skills:

- Experience at a home healthcare or nurse-staffing company (Portea, Care24, nursing bureaus, etc.)
- Existing relationships with training institutes or nursing colleges
- Track record of building and retaining a workforce
