Urgent opening for the profile of Accounts Executive at location Mahape (Navi mumbai) .

Position: Accounts Executive

Industry: Steel Manufacturing / Heat Treatment

Experience: 13 Years

Gender: Female Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.

* Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.

* Prepare and maintain GST invoices and related documentation.

* Create and maintain Delivery Challans, invoices, and dispatch documents.

* Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash and bank records.

* Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.

* Handle clerical and administrative work related to the accounts department.

* Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

* Coordinate with internal departments regarding billing, invoicing, and account-related matters.

* Assist in month-end and year-end accounting activities.

* Required Skills:

* Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.





* Good knowledge of GST and accounting principles.

* Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.

* Good communication and organizational skills.

* Robust attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification:

* Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

* Preferred Candidate:

* Female candidate with 1–3 years of experience in accounts.

* Experience in a manufacturing or industrial company will be an added advantage.
