The Role
The ideal candidate will install, configure, and maintain PeopleSoft environments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production, while managing PeopleTools installations, upgrades, and patching activities. You will perform regular system health checks and proactive monitoring to ensure system uptime and high availability in 24x7 production environments. Responsibilities include monitoring system performance across batch processes, online performance, and database interactions, tuning application, web, and database servers for optimal performance, and managing workload balancing and capacity planning. Additionally, you will configure and manage the Process Scheduler, schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot batch jobs and workflows, and manage job streams to ensure timely execution of critical processes. This role requires executing PeopleTools and application upgrades, patches, and bundles, troubleshooting system issues raised by users and internal teams, and participating in outage calls, root cause analysis, and resolution discussions. Finally, you will support DR drills, ensure the readiness of failover environments, work closely with DBAs, middleware, and infrastructure teams, and maintain operational and technical documentation for this PeopleSoft Application Administrator role.

Required Skills and Experience
- 7-10+ Years PeopleSoft Administration / ERP support.
- Strong experience in PeopleSoft Administration PeopleTools.
- Hands-on experience with PeopleTools (Installation, Configuration, Patching), WebLogic / Tuxedo / Integration Broker, Process Scheduler and Batch Management.
- Experience with Oracle Database.
- OS experience: Linux / Unix / Windows.
- Familiarity with cloud (OCI / AWS) environments is an advantage.
- Experience supporting 24x7 production environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in global teams.
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Master s degree and relevant certification(s).
