We are looking for a highly driven, entrepreneurial Business Associate to take complete ownership of our investment and insurance practice. You will not just be an assistant; you will manage operations from "pin to plane" and treat the business as your own. This role demands high availability, absolute responsibility, and a strong desire to build a business. In return, you get a solid platform and an aggressive commission structure with unlimited earning potential.Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Operations: Handle everything from basic office admin to complex client onboarding for mutual funds, SIPs,



and insurance policies.
- Client & Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, underwriters, and TPAs; resolve queries swiftly.
- Business Development: Identify cross-selling opportunities (insurance and investment products) to existing and new clients to maximize your incentives.
- High-Ownership Support: Maintain ultimate accountability for daily business continuity and client emergencies.

Requirements:

- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in the BFSI sector is preferred, but raw hunger and business acumen matter more.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi.
- High proficiency in MS Excel and quick adaptation to financial portals (CAMS, KFintech, insurance portals).
- Living within a reasonable commuting distance to Churchgate is a major plus.
