Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for BFSI clients through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the client's requirements.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with a shortlist of suitable candidates.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in BFSI recruitment or related field (BPO hiring).
- Solid understanding of non-IT recruitment processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including clients, candidates, and internal teams.
