Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative interior design concepts, layouts, and space planning.
- Prepare mood boards, 2D drawings, 3D visualisations, and detailed working drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout project execution.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and dcor in line with project requirements.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design quality is maintained.
- Review drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and cost estimates.
- Resolve design and execution issues at the site efficiently.
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved budget and schedule.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial interior design.
- Excellent space planning and visualisation skills.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting.




- Solid communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Software Proficiency

- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- 3ds Max / V-Ray
- Revit (Preferred)
- Adobe Photoshop
- MS Office

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2-5 years of experience in a Real Estate Developer or Interior Design firm.
- Experience in residential apartment projects is highly preferred.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and handle site execution independently.
